Spring Cocktails
Spring time is all about celebrations! Whether you’re celebrating Easter, Mother’s Day or Cinco De Mayo – Mud Pie has you covered. Our Champagne Punch is great for a crowd!
Champagne Punch
Ingredients:
- 2 bottles of champagne
- 2 cups of ginger ale
- ½ cup Cointreau
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Directions:
- Chill all liquids
- Combine Cointreau and pineapple juice in a large punch bowl
- Just before serving, add the champagne and ginger ale
- Top with orange wheels and lemon wheels
- Serve in your favorite Mud Pie drinkware
Summer Cocktails
When the weather starts getting warmer, we’re all ready for drinks by the water! You’ll need a drink that is east to take to the beach, pool or lake. Our Pineapple punch will be your go to! Not a pineapple fan? Add your favorite beers to our coolers and take to the beach!
Pineapple Punch from the Mud Pie Kitchen
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz orange juice
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz lime juice
- 2-3 oz white rum
- 1 tbsp grenadine.
Directions
- Add liquids to shaker
- Shake
- Add ice to your favorite Mud Pie glass (silicone if you’re taking to the beach, pool or lake!)
- Garnish with pineapple.
Fall Cocktails
Fall is perfect for wine cocktails! Whether you’re heading to tailgate, relaxing by the fire or craving pumpkins, Sangria is the perfect Fall drink! Here is a recipe for our favorite one!
Mud Pie Sangria
Ingredients:
- ½ cup brandy
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 cups club soda
- 1 bottle dry red wine
- ½ cup triple sec
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 8 maraschino cherries
Directions:
- In a large bowl or pitcher, mix together brandy, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, orange juice, red wine, triple sec, and sugar
- Add slices of lemon, oranges, apples and maraschino cherries into the mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight
- Before serving, add club soda then garnish with orange slice
- Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy!
Winter Cocktails
Cheers to all a good nightcap! Stock your bar cart with holiday glassware and napkins for the holiday season. Gather your loved ones around to get holly jolly hammered. Here is a recipe for Mud Pie’s Eggnog punch, perfect for our drink pitchers!
Mud Pie Eggnog Punch
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon sticks
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup brandy, bourbon or rum
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups whole milk
- ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 6 large eggs
Directions
- In a large bowl or pitcher, mix together vanilla extract, heavy cream, sugar, liquor, salt, whole milk, eggs and nutmeg
- Refrigerate
- Add to your drink pitcher and top with cinnamon sticks
- Place ice in your favorite festive Mud Pie glass
- Pour eggnog in glass
- Enjoy!
